It was clear to her that her career as a model would end sooner or later and looking for a new passion she embarked on several projects until she decided to do a cooking course and obtain a Diploma in Food and Wine from Leith College in 2005.
This model graduated in International Culinary Arts in pastry and worked in some of the most famous kitchens in the world such as Petrus, The Mandarin Oriental, Gilgamesh and The Wolseley. She later started her own pastry business making cakes for celebrations. She opened a bakery in Covent Garden called Ella’s Bakehouse.
